Response Time

We read every message. If you leave your email address, we'll do our best to respond within 48 hours on business days. For calculator suggestions, we may not reply individually, but we add every valid idea to our backlog and prioritize based on demand.

Can I suggest a new calculator?

Absolutely. Select 'Suggest a calculator' as the reason, describe what you need, and we'll evaluate it. The more detail you provide, the better.

How long does it take to get a response?

We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days. If you don't leave an email, we can't reply, but your message is still read.

Is my email address stored or shared?

No. Your email is only used to reply to your message. We don't store it in any database, add it to mailing lists, or share it with anyone.

I found a bug. What should I include in my message?

Please describe what you did, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. If possible, mention the calculator name and the values you entered. This helps us reproduce and fix the issue quickly.
